Events

2020 brought many challenges to all of us.  The pandemic lead to the cancellation of pretty much every industry event, including our Rings of Strength and Facets of Hope event.  Our hope is that in 2021 we can return to gathering with our friends and celebrating our success in helping children in need.

Rings of Strength

Our Rings of Strength event in Las Vegas was a great success and marked our return to in person events.  We thank all of our sponsors and the participants in the event who raised nearly $ 19,000 to support children in need.

Facets of Hope

We held our Facets of Hope event on Sunday August 29, at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas.

During the event Gina Drosos, chief executive officer of Signet Jewelers, Ltd. and Mercedes Abramo, president and chief executive officer of Cartier North America will be honored and announced that $ 760,000 will be donated to our charity partners this year.

It was announced that the $ 760,000 million the charity was pledging included $ 150,000 to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, $ 150,000 to Make-A-Wish America, $ 150,000 to the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, and $ 175,000 to the National CASA Association.  Also announced was a commitment of $ 75,000 to Make-A-Wish International for wish granting in India, and $ 10,000 to the Santa-America Fund, and $ 50,000 to the Organization for Autism Research.

Coupled with the $ 475,000 donated in 2020, the total for the “pandemic” years is $ 1,235,000, bringing our more than 20 year total to over $ 58  million!
